  | Executive DirectorAmy Roehrenbeck, Esq. Amy has been with the OCSPA since 2007, serving for many years as the Senior Policy Analyst before being named Executive Director in July, 2016. She is a former CSEA Prosecutor for Morrow County. Amy leads OCSPAs work on advocacy and legislation, child support initiatives, association collaboration, and funding. |
  | Director of Public PolicyRyann Levering-White, Esq. Ryann joined the OCSPA in 2017 and was previously a CSEA Administrative Hearing Officer in Franklin and Pickaway counties. She works on policy and legislation, as well as training development and networking. |

| Director of OperationsChristy Rodeniser Christy has been with the OCSPA since 2002 and was previously the Executive Assistant at the Licking County CSEA for 7 years. She designs outreach materials and graphics, leads conference and training planning, and manages the office. |
 | Membership Services CoordinatorErica Lamm Erica joined OCSPA in September of 2023. She was the Fiscal Supervisor at Licking County JFS for 26 years. Erica works on member services, contract billing and reports, and event preparation. |
