To log in, your Agency must be a Member of OCSPA (Note: any agency that is a member = all staff are members)

• If you are a member and have NOT logged in before, you will need to you will need to complete this form to be set up in our system so we can link you to your Agency to receive the member rate.  Please provide your name, title, county and email address.
