We’ll go over common questions that have already been collected so everyone gets clear and consistent answers. During the session, state report staff will walk through how the reporting tools work, explain specific reports, and share tips on use of the reports for decisions. The session will follow a set list of questions to keep things organized, but there will also be some time for participants to ask a few questions.

However, not all counties pursue this option. Why? For some the thought of pursuing a felony count is a daunting process, but it doesn’t have to be. In this session learn from counties of varying sizes the laws and procedures to prosecute criminal non-support and what happens after the arraignment.
